BEWARE SCRPIONS ARE EVERYWHERE,AND THE MOSQUITOES ARE EVEN WORSE DUE TO OPEN SEWAGE WATER IN GRASSY AREAS.THEY ALSO TOOK 3 MONTHS TO CLEAR OUT A BEE HIVE, THAT WAS DEADLY TO MY FAMILY. ALSO WHEN YOU MOVE, AFTER 2 YEARS THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR NEW CARPET $860. THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR NEW CARPET AND I LEFT IT CLEAN.
AND WOMEN BEWARE OF MAINTANCE MAN...EVEN LEAVEING 30 DAY NOTICE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $128 FOR THAT. OH AND GET THIS YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM $35 DALLARS TO RELEASE ANY RENTAL INFO THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE. THEY ARE A JOKE TAKEING EVERY PENNY THEY CAN FROM YOU.
