Luxury Apartments, what a joke..Poor Management, Facilities are horrible, and Scorpions everywhere.

This is one of the worst places I have lived. The appliances are garbage..Washing machines that don t clean, and dryers that don t dry correctly. Shower heads that leak. Management with endless excuses, poor customer service.

Washing machine that left more lint on dark clothes than when they went in. Management response, nothing we can do about that, it is what it is..

Dog feces and the smell to go with it in 110 deg weather continuously outside our appt. Management response, nothing we can do about that unless you can identify the owner(wonder if these people have ever heard of security surveillance cameras). As a rent paying tenant I did not realize it was my job to identify owners of dogs that crap on Serena Shore property.

AC unit that was replaced after 9 months of complaining and $320 monthly bills. However, they did a half ass job only replacing the outer unit. The Apt still does not get cool, and unit runs continuously. BTW- the only reason it was replaced is that it was spilling oil and could not be repaired.

Outside facilities are dirty, cobwebs running up our stairs and around the doors outside the apt. Outside security lights that burn out only get replaced if you complain and it takes a week.

Hot tub is constantly broke, and actually had a apt manager tell me that replacement parts were expensive and that s why it had taken 6 weeks to fix the first time it broke.

Last but least, don t forget about the Scorpion issue. I have killed at least 30 scorpions in a 11 months timeframe. Cannot walk around apt at night without shoes on. They claimed they sprayed multiple time, if so they used water. Not a place for anyone, especially those with children.
