Getting Worse Everyday

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Ask the leasing people why they no longer participate in the city's Crime Free Multi-Housing program. Since they pulled the signs for this program, they have pulled the "no felons" requirement too. I no longer feel safe, and worry about my vehicle. It wasn't this way a year ago.

Be prepared to have the water shut off monthly, for much longer periods than the management tells you (if they do tell you in advance).

Don't call with an emergency after hours because the maintenance guy will tell you to go to hell.

Yeah, we're anxious to find something else.
