Lots of recent positive comments on here. Must be that the management got word of the bad things (truth), being posted, and decided to give some incentives to people if they put something nice.
Too many negatives to list, but if you look back thru the comments, not including the recent barage of good comments, you will find the truth. This place is the worst. Management is comical, and so is the maintence. So not worth the money anymore. Too many places that are way better. The location is great...that is about the only positive I can come up with at this time.
And the people that swim in the pools here...hope you have your vaccines up to date...as well as your tetnus shot!

I am one of the people that posted a positive review. I wonder what they started doing differently this year. Was there a new employee? My first inclination is to believe that somebody is new in some key position, and that has made the difference this year. Two of the residents, Duane and Wan, are now running a community spirit campaign that may be new this year. Perhaps that has made the difference. It is hard to put a finger on what may have made the difference this year. But I can almost guarantee it can be traced back to one person somewhere who started doing things differently. As for suspicions of their having offered rewards or requests for people to come to apartmentratings.com and post positive ratings, I can only offer my story: I was so pleased to have found this apartment, and with the way I was treated, that I asked sales representative Michael what I could do to show my appreciation and be of assistance in the community. He was remarkably closed-lipped. I asked about the occupancy rate. Through it all, he never made any suggestion of any way I could be of assistance. I decided I could at least go online and tell my story. Well, that's my story. Don't complain about it. Some of us perhaps just live in a beautiful world. At my review I've tried to disclose all the negatives as well as the positives. But overall, this complex is not disappointing, but refreshing. And in the end, it's just a safe, quiet, functional place to live and love. And that's what I care about. |
