biggest nightmare ever

The water has been shut off 5 times in the last 2 months. You are notified the night before with anote taped on your door. It is always posted after the office has closed, so can't complain to anyone. The office staff is always changing. Ive have asked for compensation for the water issue and was told I have to understand its not their fault. This is a old complex.I agree with the others, very very noisy. Iam consulting with a lawyer to break the lease.Price is not worth the fustration SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I have lived at Gilbert Meadows for over six years and the office staff has been very consistent. Only the past year have I seen a turn in the staff but the manager has been the same forever. The last apartment I lived in had three managers in one year. As for the water shutoffs, this has been the case but they have given us notice in almost every instance, the staff are genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience, the repairs are quickly taken care of, and water is back on within a couple hours. I have seen the manager running notices late at night and early in the morning to notify people as soon as she knows of the leaks. As for noise, it happens, but when I have had noisy neighbors around me, I have notified management and they have taken care of the problem. As for the maintenance staff, there have been several changes through my years but they have always been quick to respond to my emergencies and have taken care of all my service requests very promptly.

I think smartrenter39 must be a staff member trying to promote sales. The office staff are horrible human beings. The water was shut off a ridiculous amount of times. There are at least a family of 12 illegals living in every other unit. Id rather live in a shack built from dead fetuses than live in that safe haven for cockroaches.
