Stinks!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Becoming rundown. They should just knock it down and rebuild. Water shutoff all the time. Bugs! It's like the ghetto in Gilbert. It used to be pretty nice, but in the past 2 years, it's REALLY gone downhill. Will not renew lease.
