After talking with soem of my co-workers, I got a decent price for apartment. I have lived there since April. At first, I didn't have a functioning dishwasher or patio lights. I had the sevice doen the same day I requested it. The didn't tell me that there is no assigned parking and that anyone could park under covered parking, so throught the entire summer I parked outside in the sun. My hot water would cut in and out, but now that seems to have gone away since my upstairs neighbors have moved out. I was given the wrong mail key and when I went to go get new one, they gave me their copy and then charged me on my rent for "stealing it". I told them the situation and they reversed the charges. The management compnay is pretty reputable, so I'm not sure why it has so problems. The office staff is friendly...the manger even stayed late the day I signed my papers to take me on a tour of the facilitiy. The apartments are small. I share a 2 bedroom 1 bath (we each get our own room) and I dont' see how we could squeeze another person in either room. Most parking is close to any apartment and there is more than enough parking for everybody. My upstairs neighbors were very noisy and even though there is a 10p noise curfew, my neighbors didn't follow it. Because of the size, my utilities have remained very inexpensive.
