Our Rent just went up and, wow I got the highest electric bill ever in my 5 years in Arizona. I now have an 800 SQ FT apartment and pay more in utilities than the previously rented 1700 SQ FT house I had. Could that be because of the 1974 AC units' The kids playing are never supervised and scream daily. The trash areas are nasty. The keys may or may not work to the amenities. The place is a dump but a livable dump and the cheapest in Gilbert. The cabinets and countertops date back to the early 80's. If you can live with all of these fine luxuries then this is the place for you. Oh yeah, the cops like to visit somewhat frequently.
