Gone downhill

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I've lived in these apartments since 2004, and I used to love to live here. The office staff used to be great and if I called something would always get done. Even when I had issues with maintenence, things would be corrected rather quickly. We were very satisfied. However, since the change in ownership, although the property has gotten a much needed facelift, the staff has become rude. Since Barb left, you can't get anyone to do anything for you. The customer service at the office is non-existant! I feel like I should be treated better when I pay over $800 a month of a 2 bedroom apartment that isn't even 900 sq. ft!
