I lived in the very front of the complex, this was probably the best location because it was right next to the offices. So my review may be skewed from someone living in the back of the complex.

Pros. Next door to an elementary school ( single mom friendly)
A few miles from a highschool
Relatively inexpensive
Parking wasnt too bad, up front at least.
My neighbors were quiet.
Month to month rent after lease is up
Some attempts to make the complex aesthetically pleasing
Staff was on par for what you would expect

Cons

Right next door to a train track
Id say most appliances are circa 1970
Ac units are energy inefficient ( hence more $$ )
Alot of crime and vehicle breakins

What alot of these Mongoloids fail to realize is that a Apt Complex is a business, and not every single nit picky complaint cant be addressed to the utmost satisfaction of our most spoiled ingrate fat American renters.

Would I say live there' Sure why not. Just be cognizant of what to expect.

From management: Thank you, a fair review...the oldest appliances were installed 1986..the year we were built...full size side by side washer/dryers just added in the last 2 years.
