I wish I would of read these before I moved in here. Really, this apartment complex is horrific! First, management is a joke, they send out ridicouls random letters complaining about noise. They dont give a crap that 14 little mexican kids run around throwing rocks at cars driving by. They spent tousands of dollars on the most retarded landscaping job ever. The rocks just end up EVERYWHERE and part of the curbing is already broken. They like to leave sprinklers broken, looking like old faithful at yellowstone they shoot up so high. They just recently tried to charge us for water, trash, and sewage seperatly. When, first, i'm not paying for all their water leaks, and it's not my fault that they cant rent another trash bin for the fact that trash overflows on to the streets they are so full.

It's really awesome that they will rent one apartment to a person, then when they move in there, there are like eight -------- all living there. I love that they let their litte beans run and play EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Touching my car, I love it!!!!!!

Also, the pool looks like there was feces and urine poured in there!! Sick, it's like swimming in your own piss and crap, YUM! I cant wait to move out in a month!!!! Seriously, spend the extra money to live somewhere else, this place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

How can anyone respond to someone who calls others racist names. I don't know where else in Gilbert you can get a 2 bedroom for $575. I do see broken sprinklers once in awhile, but then they are repaired quickly. I called the office to ask about the water, and the property pays like the 1st 35% to cover the pools and landscape and then we pay according to square footage. My last community billed it this way too. I have been here 2 years and I can say this place is way improved with the renovations they did. Management and maintenance are friendly. Sounds like the writer above is just a mean, unhappy person.

$575 where is this price? try more like $800 ..promptly repaired broken sprinklers? I reported this complex to the town of Gilbert do their lack of responding to a major water leak that wasted close to 1 million gallons of water, oh btw I work at a water plant so I know what a million gallons of water looks like before any writes a smartass comment. There are not 1 but 2 potholes caused by the excessive watering that were temp. patched that are already breaking up. COME ON TUESDAY!!!!!!!

SO TRUE!! I live on the east side of the complex and the rocks are everywhere and the management sucks! Kids like to just jump in front of your car cause they know that you won't hit them and the parents are no where to be found. I pay 780 and the 575 is because they need money so bad they will rent to any one like the 4 crackheads next door who take up 2 parking spaces with their tiny 2 door honda. This place is just wonderful (compared to aj)!
