My apartment has been wonderful for the past year. lots of kids that are the same age to ride bikes. neighbors usually pick up all there own dog crap and our grass over here doesnt look like a swamp. I do agree on the fountain sprinklers-we do live in the desert ya know....apartments are small but like my kitchen, my apartment has been remodeled with all new floors, cabinets, counters, and appliances. Noise hasnt been a problem till lately on weekend nights few drunk moms going crazy outside.

Oh please....nothing about this place is great, so that post MUST be from management trying to a coverup. Where on the grounds do you find people cleaning up after their dogs. Yeah..there are a few people, but for the most part, even the kids cant play in most areas, because of the dog crap! Its EVERYWHERE! Dont have a swamp? Well you dont know cuz they finally pumped it!!! The moquito breeding ground will be back soon though, just like the ducks that come and visit every year. I dont mind the ducks...they are a nice distraction to the awful landscaping they have now.
