I moved in just prior to the take over of the new management company and couldn't be more pleased with my choice to do so. I have two kids that stay very internaned around here as there is plenty of grounds and plenty to do. The grounds are kept clean daily.

I read over some of these reviews and wonder what people are expecting. The rent is low for a reason you know.... We didn't sign on to the ritz we just needed a place to call home. You get that here.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. Really, these people are just doing their jobs. My opinion is, they do it very well. This is a larger community full of many different lifestyles so, as the law would put it, every policy is in place for a reason I assume. The staff is on the ball and the maint. dept rocks. They are very responsive and they communicate well to keep one in the loop as to what is to be expected. (i.e. order parts, service date, etc)

So.... my suggestion is if you are not happy here, then find a place that you will be happy at, but understand, you will be in the same boat where ever you go especially in Gilbert. Pay more.... you might get Disneyland.... live life.... stay here. There really isn't anything wrong.

Oh and hummmmmm..... Let me get this straight.... There are dog stations with trash and waste bags throughout the community and it's the maint.or staff responsibility to be out there every hour on the hour to pick up the dog crap? Don't think so. I pick up after my pets and find the stations useful... Kinda comes with caring for the dog. Again, logic..... just not making sense to me. I am not a staff member but I have worked the thankless job of leasing before and understand their positon and their tasks at hand. We do "not" share opinions with this for that reason. My neighbors are plenty happy and so are the people I speak too around the community. Key word there is "Community" and if you allow it, you can be happy here. It's all I can afford to for now and refuse to pay the other prices just to deal with the same petty things elsewhere anyways.

Every hour on the hour...who are you kidding? Dog crap stays on the grounds until the weekly yard maintenance comes along and grinds it up in the lawn mowers. Would be great if everyone used those doggie stations..but LOGIC is showing that does not happen!
