My wife and I just moved from out of state to AZ at the beginning of the year. We weren't able to view the apartments other than what we saw on line, and from the comments left on this website. We were a little worried about moving to a new area and not really knowing what to expect. Before we moved I was able to speak with Regina, the complex manager, and she was able to make me feel pretty good about the choice we made. We arrived very late the day we got in to town and Michael, front office person, stayed late just to get us in. The staff is very friendly and willing to help out with any problems we run into, be it minor problems. The grounds have met and exceeded our expectations. You do get what you pay for, and I guess the people on here, that complained, thought they were paying over $2000 a month by the way they put it all out in the open. I have to say I have been very impressed by the staff and all they have done, and if it wasn't for the fact that we are looking to buy a house with in the year, we would definately make this a long term stay.

I am guessing since you just moved in you got a re-furbished apartment rather than the ones with crappy appliances and chipped, burnt and perhaps painted formica countertops. Oh and throw in a chipped or cracked bathroom mirror in as well. Not to mention all the other problems with the apartments for long time residents who have been here years longer than you have and continue to remain years after you are gone. Considering you will be leaving and only staying the short term why does management ignore the longer term residents that have been their bread and butter for so long but re-furbish apartments for short timers?
