Gilbert Meadows gives tenants money off rent to write a good review on this website. Their office staff is rude and does nothing to help. Maintenance takes forever to getting around to fixing anything. Kids are always running around outside with no supervision and they are extremely noisy. I was also awoken regularly by police sirens in the parking lot. When checking up on the Gilbert police reports I noticed that Gilbert Meadows is visited frequently for domestic disputes and robberies. I never felt safe while I lived there and was extremely happy to move out after only 10 months.

You haven't been there long enough. Activities??? Ya right!!! I lived there for a few years and there was many things that they did wrong. The office staff was horrible and rude. At one point, I found out a convicted child molester lived in the complex and when I brought it to the attention of the office they made every excuse that the man didn't do it. First they told me that he didn't live there until I put the proof on their desk. Then they asked that I didn't tell anyone else about it. WHAT??? I have children and if someone else found out about this, I would hope someone would share that with me. I couldn't wait to get out of the complex and I am soooooo glad I did. I feel sorry for those that are moving in "blind" thinking how great it is. Just wait a few months, you will change your tune!
