I am so happy that my lease is finally up. I do not have to deal with the rude office manager ------ and her office staff anymore! If you are thinking about moving to these apartments, DO NOT the staff is nice when you are signing and after that they are so rude and incompetent!

I totally agree that this is the worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in, the office staf was real nice, but they have since taken a turn. When you live on a budget, as I do, you cannot afford for them to all of a sudden raise the rent, I used to pay my water, when the bill came in, which was usually the second check of the month, now they tell me that they will not take my rent check without the water included. I was also told when I signed the lease that the water depended on how much you used, wow was that wrong. I used to pay $75./month for a three bedroom house, with 5 of us living there. Now i pay $49. for me and I am never home. Maybe someday I will get a gold nugget through the faucet.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and have had numerous problems with the staff. The maintenance is a huge problem to get anything done you must call at least twice-even for no AC in July! I would never recommend living in this apartment. Do take in to consideration while reading comments that the Springs at Gilbert Meadows paid residents to write favorable reviews-I was paid $10 one month to do one.
