I HATE THIS APRTMENT I HATE THE STAFF I ESECIALLY HATE THE MAITNACE PPL DID YOU KNOW THE MANAGER IS NOT PAYING THE MAITNACE GUYS THE RIGHT MONEY!!!! SHE CUTS THERE TIME IF THEY FIX SOMETHING IN YOUR APARTMENT SHE WILL TURN AROUND AND SAY IT DIDNT NEED TO BE FIXED AND WONT PAY THEM FOR IT AND THEY ARE TO SCARED TO SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL GET FIRED!! I MOVED IN IN MARCH AND ITS NOW SEPTEMBER AND THEY BARELY FIXED MY A/C !! MY FRIDGE HAS A BROKEN SHELF WILL THEY FIX IT NO!!!!! THEY CAN FORGET MY LEASE RENEWAL !!!!!! WE NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE SO NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!!

Same thing happend to me when I lived there im glad I never resigned my lease with them I was told the A/C was cheap my dad is certified in A/C and the way it was built it was just asking for probmlems!!!

It took them 10 months to fix my AC. I found that if you write a letter to the corporate office they will fix it fast.
