I currently reside in this apartment complex and i suggest unless you are a single male that never has women or children over this would be the place to be. If i would have known what i now know and have experienced these things i would have NEVER chosen these apartments, sure they look cute on the outside and not bad inside but it is a front within the last month alone there were 3 dead bodies found in two apartments that are linked to a 30 year old molesting a child on the playground in front of other children the wife saw it flew off the handle so there was a domestic dispute because of this and a couple days later 2 people we found dead associated with the apartment they were visiting and the apartment across was another person dead! also we now currently have a stalker that walks around at night and early morning following and stalking women hiding under stair wells and against buildings he follows until you catch him and then he shows you his ----- all the while maturbating and ejaculating on everything. I hate the people in the office on top of all of the previous major problems the only one i like is -------- she is the only one who seems to know what is going on and she was actually a victim of this stalker just a week and a half ago! We have had maintanence request in since we moved in and nothing has been done they came out once said they needed a manager to come and look at it and never came back or called to reschedule and when i called i was told that they cannot schedule appointments that was by ------- which is a complete ------! there is fecal matter from dogs all over and you cannot help but wake up in the morning and be greeted by the smell of sewer and dog crap! In previous posts there have been statements about large dogs which is true large pits even! Aside from all of this watermains have broken and left all of us without water which i understand can happen but werent notified we havent been notified about the dead people the molester, the stalker or anything else, this place is not worth your money or safety i cannot even leave my apartment by myself or be home alone its always something. I pay my rent on time and i know apartment living kinda sucks you cant control other peoples children or parties that get out of hand but the property does nothing to help rectify the situation. not to mention there is only 2 people in my apartment and well we work all day gone about 12 hours and my water bill is 60.00 a month because they split the costs between units they take the whole property bill take out what they think is used for common areas and divide the rest of the bill among the residents based on size so... if you have a 2 bedroom expect to pay more! I cannot wait to get out of here i cant have anyone over and i feel like a prisoner having to be walked in and out of the apartment. Sorry so long but whatever you do do not move here and if you care about your families dont let them move here either!

AMEN SISTA!!!!!! It is a HORRID PLACE to live!!!! I am getting out of here ASAP ..... I will not have my children here in this environment any more. They are scared to death of all this ----..................... AND Gilbert MEADOWS doesnt think we need security!!

In your dismay you rated parking "a nightmare" (one blip), when I know for a fact there is ample covered parking throughout the complex (four blips). While I can appreciate your frightening experience with other facets of the complex, I wish you had been more objective about the individual details of your rating. I have yet in 5 months of residence to go even once without a parking spot right near my apartment. To me, that is a perfect record on parking. Since it's not "well-lit and secure", I give it only 4 blips, not 5.
