I didn't actually live here, but looked at the property, so wanted to give people at least some info if they are apartment shopping in this area.
The property is very small, only 80 apartments (this is small for the PHX area). The whole property seemed kind of "cramped". It looks like they took a very small parcel and put this apartment complex here. There isn't much open space, and not a lot of room to manuever your car into & out of parking places.
There are lots of kids living here and limited play areas for them.
The manager was efficient and business-like. It's not a bad place, and the apartment I saw was in good condition. It would probably be better to get a unit in the central part of the complex, since bedroom windows can face the driveways and parking areas.
