I have never been more turned off by someone. I lived at Vantage Point unfortunatly for a year. I can not begin to tell of all the horrible experiences. The managent is VERY inexperienced obviously...One thing after another, as one of the reviews states " we were accused of things because we were young", So were my roommate and I. Now I can understand wanting to shy away from younger people but treating people you decided to let live there the way we were treated was inexcusable. We were late on our rent once by 2 days and had called to explain and we were literally yelled at over the phn. As the last poor lady I see just wrote a review I am just apalled by this. Managment at Vantage Point obviously needs to rethink methods. Also after we moved out we were informed that they need to clean the carpent because they were not going to replace it for the next tenents. Well maybe im worng but I do think that as an apartment complex they are required to install new carpet after a 1 year lease,I do believe that is a law. The carpet was not dirty by any means but still, you dont want to be walking around on other peoples carpet and who is to say they even changed it before we moved in''' dirty.

they only have to replace the carpet every 3 to 5 years. and if its in your lease that you clean it. then you have to leave it the way you found it.
