Everyone is entitled to their opinion; I am a firm believer of that. But keep in mind this website was designed for honest criticism as well as honest praise. It was not designed for retaliation and/or disgruntled employees. I do feel we can state our opinions without being so hateful and vulgar. Being professional and honest is the best way to get people to believe you. Is there a perfect property out there' Probably not! Can we please everyone all the time' Probably not! Do we try' Yes! Do we do our best to make this a great place to live' Yes we do! Are we continuing efforts to raise the bar and make positive changes in our community' Yes we are! We have made several positive changes since I took over the Property Manager position. And we are looking to make plenty more. I have only been the property manager for 4 months and so far I have had great feedback from our residents. If you want truth, I encourage you to visit our community and speak with the residents that live here. We have residents who have been with us since the property opened in 1989. I believe that says alot for our community! We also have employees who have been with our company 13 years plus! Again, that says alot for our company and community! It is important that those of you who read this know that the vast majority of our rentals are referrals from current and previous residents. I do not believe that if we were such a bad place that we would get so many referrals, longevity of current residents, and residents who return because they had a good experience here. please... I had ants in my apartment almost everyday I lived there. also when it rained our front enterance would flood. these issues were brought to the attention of the office staff and none of it was taken care of. REALLY CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS?? i didnt thinks so

You are a liar!!! Since you have been in managment things have been horrible!!!! You should care more about the tenants than taking your smoking breaks!!!!

I agree with the two above. You do not care about the tenants. So many people are upset with the way you handle things, including my husband and I. You have no business being a manager of anything. If the owners were smart, you would be out! And, you should do something about the smell of the leasing office, it smells like cat piss!

Lady whatever you're on you need to share it with you're residents cause you seriously are on something if you think all this you'll write a good review because you're the property manager and I have met you personally and you're an idiot Id write a good review if I was getting free rent and able to do whatever I wanted. oh and btw I AM A VERY DISGRUNTLED RESIDENT not former employee but obvously your property sucks as an employer too if you have disgruntled employees your sooo scared of posting bad reviews get a life people have better things to do then bash their employers and besides word of mouth is much more powerful any way I hope they fire you really I do
