But keep in mind this website was designed for honest criticism as well as honest praise. It was not designed for retaliation and/or disgruntled employees. I do feel we can state our opinions without being so hateful and vulgar. Being professional and honest is the best way to get people to believe you. Is there a perfect property out there' Probably not! Can we please everyone all the time' Probably not! Do we try' Yes! Do we do our best to make this a great place to live' Yes we do! Are we continuing efforts to raise the bar and make positive changes in our community' Yes we are! We have made several positive changes since I took over the Property Manager position. And we are looking to make plenty more. I have only been the property manager for 4 months and so far I have had great feedback from our residents. If you want truth, I encourage you to visit our community and speak with the residents that live here. We have residents who have been with us since the property opened in 1989. I believe that says alot for our community! We also have employees who have been with our company 13 years plus! Again, that says alot for our company and community! It is important that those of you who read this know that the vast majority of our rentals are referrals from current and previous residents. I do not believe that if we were such a bad place that we would get so many referrals, longevity of current residents, and residents who return because they had a good experience here.
