I find it very interesting all the comments on this message board. I work for a major home builder and I deal with all the angry home owners and strive to help them out with resolving their issues. I havn't lived here long enough to know as much as some of the other residents. But what I have noticed is that I have had some issues with some tenants being noisy and I feel that the parking situation is pretty lame. But that can be expected at any apartment complex. I have had some maintenance issues but the maintenance guys I have dealt with were pretty helpful. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the place. Of coarse I would rather own a home and not be throwing my money away. But as I don't have that option I have no real problems with this place. I've lived in worse. I would also like to add that my experiences with the office staff have been pleasant. That includes the old manager and the new manager and all the other office personnel that work here that i've met. Have a blessed day
