When I First moved here in 2001 they were renovating after one of the buildings caught on fire the whole place went under seriouse remodeling work wich i think is good especialy to keep up with it's nice surroundings. It was mostly dirt all around. I watched this place grow the five years I lived here the mannagement was always friendly to me and maintenance was good and mostly ontime. The Roaches and Ants were only seasonal and kept me company on my lonely nights.. But I think I scared them away.. I feel safe living here now they have gates up now, You don't have to worry about Gangsters from mesa trying to rob you at night in the parking lot anymore.. The neighbors are very friendly and we stick together to keep the community strong..and alert I've made alot of Friends in Gilbert the last couple of years i lived here.. I also brought my whole family to gilbert once they saw how nice it was here.. and I here there are more coming...lol Vista Montana was a great first home on my own..and a possitave experience for me aswell It's sad for me that I have to move.. But I'll always come back to see my friends and family..
