When I first moved here 3 years ago it was a nice community. Since then it's gone downhill. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything (people having sex, snoring, the water pipes every time a faucet is turned on, and more). The pests are another issue altogether.

The office staff has discriminatory practices. I had my boyfriend pick up a package for me during the holidays and they had the nerve to issue me a 10 day eviction notice accusing me of having him live there without being on the lease. It took them 5 hours from the time he picked up the package to deliver that letter to me but it took them 5 months to get me a lease renewal. Go figure!

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Let's not even talk about the idiocity of the new gate system. It's taken them over 1 year and still going through construction. When completed the traffic situation to get into and out of the complex will be worse. This is not about security -- don't be fooled.
