Overall...it is a roof over your head. Half the time we lived here our front door didn't lock. Our hotwater heater had been missing parts. We spent a couple of nights in a hotel due to the A/C unit vibrating our walls to the point our kids were scared and none of us could sleep. We had our "assigned" parking space moved about half a dozen times. Management couldn't honestly care less. One maintenance person for the complex. The model was of course much nicer than the units...go figure. So if all you need is a roof over your head than this is the place for you. On top of everything the staff in the office is nasty and abusive they will be glad to talk to you down and post a nice 10 day notice on your door for almost everything. Be carefull with your personal property wich it'll be stolen in no time from propery in the balcony to car stereos in you vehicle. In a few words the wors place i ever live in
