I have lived here for 3 years and I have not at all been inconvenienced or unsatisfied. I would like to refute each negative issue that has been shared. I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE WITH VM NOR A FAMILY MEMBER ETC.

1. BUGS: 3 years and I have NEVER seen one bug. My mother lives next door and she too has never seen any bugs. Roaches are a problem EVERYWHERE in AZ, and I am pleased that I do not have to worry about that issue. Besides, VM offers free bug service--if there was a bug problem why doesn??t the tennant just request it'

2. Parking: I have no problem with my parking space being unavailable. There are always extra spaces as well. '''

3. Office Staff: I think they are getting a bad rap. They have been nothing but nice each and every time I go in there. Sometimes they may be busy, but they always smile and apologize for keeping me waiting. They were also very understanding when I was having financial difficulties and I had to pay my rent late a few times.

4. Complex noise, repair etc.: I do not have a problem with "noise" re: my neighbors or smells or any of the complaints that I have read. The maintenance staff is very nice and the repair turn around time is rather quick. I had to get a light bulb changed and a door handle repaired and it took 2 days for them to compelte it. Not bad for a low priority issue. They even called that morning of the 2nd day to remind me that somebody would be by shortly to fix my repairs.

So, if you are deciding to live here you should consider the positive comments posted as well. I will be the first to admit that I tend to read only the negative comments when choosing an apartment complex. However, there are quite a few positive comments ??lost in the sea of misspellings, bad language and poor grammar. So, consider the sources. Would you really want to take advice from ppl who cannot spell ghetto (getto) or luxury (laxury) correct' Take it from a college graduate who has lived here for 3 years and actually took time out of her BUSY schedule to sit down and refute the negative issues that were posted.

The last portion of this posting implies you need to be educated in order to form a decent opinion. You don't have to be a college graduate to know whether or not you're satisfied with your living arrangements. Nor do you have to be a college graduate to be entitled to an opinion...and just because someone can't spell "ghetto" doesn't mean they dont recognize one when they see it. To whoever posted this - get over yourself already.

This apartment complex is ok. It's pretty much what you expect to find in its price-range. I lived there for about a year, and had a lot of problems - ants, theft, inadequate repairs by maintenance...but I believe that most of these things are typical for apartment living. I requested bug service, and got it. I had a leaky fridge, and although it took several attempts, it was eventually repaired. I had things stolen off of my balcony, but security cant be everywhere. The main problem with this place was honestly the management. They might be nice enough people in their personal lives...and I understand that dealing with an entire complex full of people can be a headache...but the staff mentality teetered between apathy or aggression - they either didn't care or couldn't serve you fast enough with some kind of notice. They were consistently rude and unpleasant to deal with. If other people had pleasant experiences with the staff, that's great - I just wasn't one of those people. And it looks like I'm in the majority. Potential renters - do so at your own peril...and dont say you weren't warned :)
