We have had nothing but problems with the leasing office. We were without water for three days because of a water line breakage and they did nothing about it. All of our appliances are old and have had to be fixed numerous times. Our average SRP bill has been $215/mo. because they will not replace the A/C units and are 30 years old. The office, including the manager, are VERY unprofessional and are definately not experienced at what they do. And, the covered parking is completely off. Our spot is two buildings away on the other side.

There has been two cocaine busts that we know of in the past three months and numerous car break-ins.

Overall, the complex along with the people that work there, is not worth anything. They just plain do not care about their tenants!
