Great quality of life... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived at Vista Montanta for 6 months now and have always had wonderful experiences. Anytime anything might need tended to, the staff is on it within the day. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk into the office. The apartments don't have marble floors or anything, but you definitely get alot more than you pay for here. Gated community, green grass, safest neighborhood in Gilbert, access to the Val Vista Lakes Community Center, movie nights for kids, great pool. Anywhere else with the same apartment would be at least $200 more. I understand that this community is under new management, has had many good changes.
