When I first moved here I had heard other tenants complain about management, of course my thoughts simply were "disgruntled tenants that haven't paid rent or such", however, as time went on, I came to realize what they were all talking about. The management here, and the Property Manager, better known as the"Wicked Witch", is spiteful, deceitful and threatening. I have paid my rent, but have witnessed the egotistical characteristics of someone too young and lacking knowledge in social communication and customer satisfaction. Her snide and sarcastic personality leaves a bad taste in most tenant's mouths here and many can not wait to get out of this place. But, BEWARE.... if she takes a dis-liking to any tenant, she will lie and threaten and maneuver things just to get you to break the lease or give her room to break a lease herself. BEWARE!!

Also, do not rent the garden apartments, my friends below me have flooded twice already this year and management claims it's not their problem, but yours!! Rumors of major lawsuits on the horizon!!!

I agree with you on this. I have something wrong every single month and many things still have yet to be corrected. I have never paid my rent and that has seemed to be an issue too, very amazing I might say. She doesnt know what shes doing and she needs to move on. No one likes her here and everyone who lives near me cant wait to get out of here either. Good Luck dealing with your issues, I know what your going through. DO NOT E-V-E-R RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!! THERE ARE PLACES WITHIN A 5 MILE RADIOUS THAT ARE $100 PLUS DOLLARS A MONTH CHEAPER TOO FOR THE SAME SQUARE FEET AND SIZE!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE D-R-A-M-A!!

I too rented here. I was on the first floor near the laundry room. I had been stung by scorpions while I was sleeping. Management did NOT prevent them from coming into the apartment. I even found a scorpion under my son's crib! NOT a safe place to live. Call legal help with the city they will advise you of your rights. Read the Arizona Tenant Landlord Act. Management is unlawful!
