Being raised in Chicago I have lived in apartments my whole life. I've been here at Vista Montana for 5 years now with no plans to move. However it amazes me that when some people have always lived in houses have no idea about "Apartment Courtesies",
such as living on a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment and have no clueor concern about the people living under them. Bouncing, stomping, walking like they are 500 pounds. That is common in apartment living in Arizona.
The staff at Vista are great,friendly and helpful.
The maintenence team is quick on emergencies and have a great preventive maintenence plan which keeps the apartments clean and in good working order.
Being here 5 years I feel like they are family. I have also been lucky to have great neighbors, (also here for years).
When I was read some of the other very negative reviews, I was taken aback. Sounds like some of those people would never be happy with anything.
We do have quite a few young families here at this time so of course that means children, out door playing, bicycles, scooters and so on. I don't believe it is the Vista Montana's staffs' job to babysit, control, clean up after. I do believe
some of the kids here are un-disaplined, ill mannered and ignore some of the rules due to POOR PARENTING SKILLS AND NO SUPERVISION.
Personaly I have not had an issue with the kids. Just like anywhere else if they get noisy I have asked them to calm down and they do.
When I read negative opinions about people or things I believe it usually means they
can't take care of some kind of personal issue or they couldn't get their way with something.
