Gilbert needs to rid itself of this slum. Any residents in the garden level apartments NEED to read this health alert.
CJ Management thinks way more of it's bottom line than they do you or your family's health.
The black mold is still there. Every year the apartments flood. Every year tenants lose thousands of dollars in personal property just to be told by Vista Montana apartments "That's what renters Ins. is for." These garden level apartments were built with sub pumps on the patio's. CJ Management was to cheap "Slum lords" to maintain these sub pumps allowing the apartments to flood under a foot or more of water, ruining the tenants belongings and worse. These floods happen every year during monsoon season. Every year more and more black mold accumulates under the carpet and in the walls. Children in this complex have suffered extreme illnesses due to this negligence.
What kind of SICK people put their profit margin before the health of a child?
