Beware renters and future renters, there is a serious cockroach and scorpion problem at vista montana. The other day I saw a cockroach the size of my hand, and I went down to the office, and I told one of the staff and she said there was nothing she could do until two weeks. I waited two weeks, and there was still no exterminator.I had to finally threaten them that I was calling my lawyer, and the finally did something about it. I dont know about you but I do not like to live with cockroaches. My AC unit also keeps breaking and they do not come and fix it for 3 days. It is way too hot to sit without ac. The staff is rude and very unprofessional.

That's ironic because I had an ongoing roach problem when I lived there, and was told that nobody else had ever reported having seen roaches.
