My rent is exceptional for such a nice area. The grass in front of my apartment is always beautifully green and manicured. Had some rowdy neighbors that were quickly issued warnings. Management really cares about the Alexan Lyon's Gate 100% Recommended Apr 26 2008: I moved from out of State to Alexan Lyon's Gate and was Blown away with how nice it was! The Grounds are beautiful, the Apartment was Spacious, Love the Bay Window, and Roman Bath tubs, Walk in Closets! If you like Serena Shores 40% Recommended Apr 22 2008: If you hate good customer service, enjoy loud-pot-smoking neighbors, and love scorpions then this is the place for you!
