I moved into Acoma Tbird Townhouses in December of 2005 and it's been great. I am getting ready to sign my lease for the FOURTH YEAR of residence in this fine community. They are a tremendous value for the square footage and privacy you get. Because they are townhouses turned into rentals, they do not have upstairs/downstairs neighbors like Apartments have. I rent the 2 br 2-1/2 bath, 2 story and my biggest gripe would have to be the kitchen is quite small; if you like a big kitchen, go with the single level 2 BR. Professional management and a manager who fosters a sense of "community" with her residents. They do not allow rowdy behavior, loud cars or motorcycles; Add to that everyone has a carport to put their car in.. so that's good. No more parking lots :-) THUMBS UP TO ACOMA THUNDERBIRD TOWNHOUSES !!!!!

As the Manager of Acoma and a resident as well, I am happy to say that we have a gem of a property. I had worked at the largest rental community in the western hemisphere, which happens to be here in Phoenix, and it was a nightmare! At Acoma, we have 112 units on 11 ACRES and there is no feeling of living in a human "ant farm". A big thanks to our residents, as they are the key to having a wonderful community!!
