Violence, dirty and unsafe

This apt community stated out to be a great place to live and very inexpensive. It has become a south of the border influx and the crime has increased by far. Rocking throwing, people hanging out drunk, urinating in public. Trash everywhere. The manager is totaly oblivious and unattentive to the situation.
