I've never actually lived here but had friends who did. This is not a good area to live in. It borders the Maryvale section of Phx and gangs and drugs are all around. One night, there were about two dozen police cars (from Glendale & Phoenix) in the parking lot and a helicopter was shining its searchlight over the property obviously looking for somebody. There are some very nice people who live there though. The apts. are cheap but too small. I don't recall there being much noise on the property. However, I did hear gunshots a couple of times. If you move there, buy yourself a gun and a bulletproof vest!
