I have lived here for 6 years have seen managers come and go.But this last manager Teresa she has been rude to all of us.She ignores us. She acts as if she is to good to deal with us.I tried to speak to her one day just to inform her that there has been alot of trash collecting in the back.She told me she was to busy to talk to me.
She was talking to her boyfriend and she didn't want to get off her cell phone. Nora is extreamly helpful and always helps us but not the manager. I know that we here do not have money but we deserve to be treated as a person not in incoviance.
She looks down at us we pay our rent we live in apartments that are so small and we hear gun shots all the time. Car theft and crime all over the place we have no choose but to live here. We do not have the money to move.But this time i'm going to have to i hope the owner fires her.
She hates it here i know for a fact she does the maintenance man told me that she calls the residents getto a poor trash wet backs. She herself is mexican what a nice person to talk about her own people.
I hope the owner see that she is the wrong choose to be a manager. At leaste the other managers where very nice.
She sits behind her desk and dosen't get up to help residents she waits for Nora to help them. And when Nora is not there she tells us to come back or she closes the office and dosen't open.
