Living at advantage point for years, I watched the property get very bad. The manager does nothing about the upkeep of the grounds. She is afraid of the residents and would rather not deal with them, she has favorite tenents, others she dosent have time for. She is hispanic, but refuses to speak the language to other ---------. She makes like she dosent understand their needs. She would not follow through with the Crime Free orgazation. Therefore it is an unsafe community
