I have been living here for a while now and i can honestly say that i have never seen such horrid conditions. I hate it hear, and only moved because i was financially unable to attain a better place to live. I did not know the conditions were so horrible until i actually moved in. My neighbors sell drugs and they drink outside. They argue and fight outside my door. They get drunk and have no respect for their neighbors. The "Premier Patrol" no longer works here and the violence seems to be increasing day by day. I am waiting to save enough money to move out. Screw their yearly lease, im out of here. i would rather feel safe than pay cheaper rent. It seems as though the owner is oblivious to the disgusting conditions of his/her property. The maintenance people are not prompt, the management seem like they are really scared to work here. You get a lot of "drug addicts" roaming around the grounds and there is no iron gate or fences to keep us safe, like in so many other apartment complexs. There is a daily smell of marijuana outside my door, and the neighbors throw up outside, leaving disgusting smells on the pavement. I feel sorry for the people who live here, but i don't think the management should be renting to people like that.
