I've lived here for 1 1/2 years. Will I be renewing my lease' Probably not. Lately Archstone has been leasing to a lot of young adults (18-20). These kids drink 24/7, they vandalize the pool and bbq areas. They throw trash over their balconies. nothing happens when you complain to the office. Overall it's a decent place to live, the fluxuating rent hasn't been a problem....yet. I just think there are some issues with some of the tenants.
