The wife and I have lived here for three years. Thanks to a job change, we are glad to be moving on. Archstone has lowered the "standards" for residents and it shows in the way they have rented to just about anyone who has the money. Our AC broke three times (and was down for at least two days each time), the bath sprinkler head would start leaking for no reason every couple of months, and the office staff never really takes any customer concern seriously.

All of these things make us glad that we are leaving this community. Although we are grateful for the home that we were blessed to have over the past three years, we will never live in another Archstone managed community ever again.
