Beginning to lose patience

I wrote a glowing review about this place a while back, and I'm beginning to think I spoke too soon. For my most recent lease renewal, my rent was jacked way up by almost 25%. It would have been easier to swallow had I not been dealing with lousy, noisy, nasty, inconsiderate neighbors (about whom I'd been complaining to management and the police for at least 6 months before they were FINALLY evicted). Things have definitely improved since these losers left, but the maintenance department has become almost non-existent. Their so-called 24-hour service guarantee is a joke. It took them 12 days to replace my air filter last month, and so far it's been 2 days since my latest service request, and not a word. I've noticed a leak coming from my ceiling when it rains, and have called it in 2-3 times, but all that's been done is to paint over the stain. So help me God, if my brand new sofa gets water damage, I'm throwing it through the window of the management office. The one good thing I can report is they definitely take care of the grounds. The new paint job is really nice, and they always do a fantastic job on the landscaping. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

It's nice that even though you're upset you take time to praise what is good. To me atleast, it gives you're complaint more validity
