They just got a new manager. He doen't care sit in his office and does nothing. I asked to meet him when they said he was new and he said he was busy. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I too needed to speak with the manager about a problem I was having with noise and he met with me the same day. We sat down and discussed the issue in the office lobby and he was able to address all my concerns professionally and timely. Cut the man some slack. There are 500 units in this complex and I'm sure he gets very busy at times.

I'm sure if the man sat and did nothing all day he wouldn't have a job! So unless you sit there with him every day thats really an unfair claim to make.
