Our second 12month lease is up in a few months. GOOD! I can't wait to get out! The neighbors are loud, and the staff leases to people they shouldn't. They don't follow up on noise complaints, and they don't do basic background checks on people wanting to move in. Skateboarders skate all the time, and they don't enforce the rules they've put into place about it. The staff is overall rude and ignorant, and landscaping is trashy, and light fixtures are being broken all the time by punk kids who live in the complex; AND NOTHING'S BEING DONE.

I agree. I posted a previous review here and have lived here for a few years now. Property is going downhill and has been ever since I moved in. I am moving out finally when my lease is up in April.
Many of my neighbors are also moving out when their leases are up.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Its so much worse than other places priced the same.
