My partner and I found Archstone Arrowhead to be a very nice place to live. We had one maintenance problem and it was resolved within an hour. We never felt unsafe at any time, and the community was beautiful. I didn't care much for one of my neighbors, but they never bothered us. Overall the experience was enjoyable and if we hadn't purchased a home in the area we'd definately still be at Archstone Arrowhead.

My one complaint is similar to ones that others have posted. At night the noise from cars at the mall can get loud and annoying, but it's not really the apartment complex's fault that it happens. If I were to do it over again I'd request an apartment as far from the mall as possible.

As far as cars being stolen, it happens everywhere. People in great neighborhoods as well as bad neighborhoods have vehicles stolen. It's not the job of the complex to fully protect anyone's car. Buy a $20 club from WalMart and easily add more protection to your vehicle.
