okay when I moved in January I was thrilled. I moved into a 1 bedroom (on the East side of the property) that over looked the pool and it was sooo pretty and I loved my apartment. That joy was short lived. My downstairs neighbors "wanna be" thugs, as quiet as they suprisingly were, left trash (cigarette packs, fast food bags, soda/beer cans and a random sock)everywhere in the common area. My neigbors that shared the adjoining bedroom wall had the travel channel sooo loud every morning Mon- Friday(before I had to wake up), it sounded like it was in MY room. I slept on my couch for 1 month before I could transfer. Last but not least..note to self, do NOT live next to the pool if you don't want to hear screaming children at all available daylight hours!.

2 months later i transferred to a 2 bedroom (since they were now the same price as what i was paying for a 1 bedroom) on the West Side of the property. It's heaven. No noise, no screaming children. Friendly neighbors. Seriously it is a world of difference on the other side of the property. Only issue, is traffic. Apartments are far from soundproof and you can hear EVERY car that goes by, but it beats squealing children!

In addition, I have never had a problem with the staff. Maintenance has been perfect. Their transfer policy is phenomenal.. NO transfer fees, just 30 days notice. It was a godsend in moving me here from texas and moving to a location on property that I am now very happy with. Also, I have NEVER had my car tampered with.

Last.. I have never had a roach , ant or any other kind of bug problem. But keep in mind, if you live on the first floor, that's more likely to happen than not. I never live on the first floor for that reason alone.
