I didn't live here long, only about 5mos. The grounds were always kept looking beautiful. The walls weren't paper thin, but they definately weren't sound proof. I could always here my neighbors tv or the people above me walking up the stairs, but it was always very faint and tolerable. I lived on the side of the property by the mall and that was pretty noisy, but I expected that before I moved in. The big annoyance was those damned kids riding those miniture motorcycles around that are very noisy. I had complained twice and nothing was ever done. My work orders were always done on time, my car was never stolen, none of the office staff was ever rude (however they took forever to find your packages!)
In response to the previous review. While living in Arizona, I have always lived on the first floor, purely by coincidence. I have never had a bug problem in any of my apartments. I used to live in Chicago on the 9th floor of an apartment and had a major bug problem. Remember, some bugs are born to climb!
Overall my complaints are minor but I really liked the apartments. I would consider living there again, but only if they had something available away from the mall.
