I don't understand why this place is getting all of these bad reviews. I moved in recently and it is definitely one of the nicest apartments I've seen. The grounds are kept VERY nice and the pool is heated. Maintenance is great and I have had no problems whatsoever. Besides being a little expensive (probably because of location) it is a great place.

That is because you have just moved in. Wait unitl you have to look at the green pool for weeks or the pool getting closed by the health department. Also, the office staff will find a way to lie to you about something. A little advice, if you want something done, only go see Denise or Matt. They are the only two competent ones in the building.
