Just recently moved out after three years, and I will say that I had a pretty positive experience. The grounds are pretty well kept, the staff is friendly, and the location is pretty top notch. The mall is right there and there are several eateries and shops within a 5 minute drive. Never had any issues with my neighbors as they were all pretty low key. Pool and Jacousy are heated and kept relatively clean. Covered parking was a pretty nice feature too. The 101 freeway is right there as well so I'm able to get anywhere in town relatively quick. Theres also a park north of the complex with an asphalt trail thats great for walking or jogging.

That being said, there are a few drawbacks. I had a unit facing the mall and it can be pretty loud. Especially late at night when alot of local kids are speeding through the mall parking lot. The pool areas, while pretty nice, are usually pretty busy with kids so just be aware that there are quite a few families in the complex. Maintainence folks are pretty average in their response. They were usually pretty reliable, but oftentimes slow and did a half-ass job on fixing certain problems. Also, don't be lured by the gated entrance. It does nothing to help with security as people tailgate all the time and oftentimes the gates are left wide open in the middle of the night.

Overall, good complex that I would recommend, especially if you work in the west valley or if you want convenience to Arrowhead hangout spots. I would recommend getting a unit that either faces the park near the east side of the complex, or at the very least get one that faces the inner area of the complex. Those areas are usually quiet and still give you the convenience of walking to the mall or running on the trail.
