As long as you don t have a dog, you re not handicapped or if you don t have kids this place has a pretty good view of a golf course. For starters the HOA will fine you for parking in an illegitimate Handicapped parking space, even if you are handicapped and have a license plate that proves it. Simply because there are members on the HOA that must park in a space directly in front of there condo. Also they will say that it s okay for some people to let there dog defecate everywhere then fine others who don t even have dogs. Not to mention the place is falling apart and even with a $140.00 a month HOA due there s nothing that seems to be done about it. It took the HOA three months to fix the swimming pool because they were too busy bickering over which is the cheapest company to do a half job. Sure this place has a nice view of a golf course but the people here are real holes.
